ABOUT ME
WELCOME, FRIEND
It’s great to meet you.
I created The Plattform after building up two businesses with very different offerings but both supporting small businesses in and around the home counties.
I decided to combine those businesses and offer marketing and PR support with the addition of also becoming a member of small business owner network that would support each other. Supporting every business owner from side hustle to small business owner and beyond became a passion and one I felt was needed in this current climate of ever-changing customer needs
My 15-year background covers every aspect of media, PR, marketing and brand building working across a variety of consumer brands both small and large.
I have enjoyed building campaigns for Disney, QVC, Pernod Ricard UK, Jacobs Creek, Charlie Bigham’s, Hammerson Shopping Centres, Investec, Trump International Hotel & Tower, Capital One, Gala Bingo, Celebrity Cruises, All Nippon Airlines, NFU Mutual and Triumph International.
Since creating my business back in 2020 I knew that I wanted to create a business and collective network for small to mid-sized businesses in and around my local area of Hertfordshire. It can be a lonely work environment working for yourself so if I could combine supporting businesses with creating a community that could support each other then it feels like a win win for all.

Setting up a new business, going through a rebrand or introducing new products and services can feel like a daunting prospect. You are not alone. We have all felt like this as business owners, probably more than we would like to admit. The main thing is to realise that whilst you run your own business, you are not alone.
My main driving force for setting up The Plattform was to create a network and community that will support you at every stage and make you visible to your audience.
